Bristol TN man charged with sexual exploitation of a minor

The Sullivan County Sheriff’s Office reports that a Bristol, Tennessee, man accused of uploading child sexual abuse material on Snapchat has been charged. Sullivan County detectives received a CyberTip from The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children in late June. Detectives said they confirmed the tip and were able to identify the suspect as 20-year-old Wesley Manuel, of Bristol, Tennessee. Deputies executed a search warrant at Manuel’s home on Thursday along Sweet Hollow Road and he was taken into custody and charged with sexual exploitation of a minor. Manuel is being held without bond and additional charges are pending.
