State regulators say BWXT not in compliance following unintentional discharge

State regulators claim that BWXT was not in compliance with regulations following an unintentional wastewater discharge in Jonesborough on August 24. State leaders have also said the company was not in compliance with regulations. Regulators have asked BWXT to provide information detailing all actions taken since the discharge by October 9.
