In & Out Burger looking at Kingsport for new location

A project application was submitted Tuesday to the City of Kingsport for a proposed In-N-Out Burger location at 1920 N. Eastman Road. Kingsport officials have confirmed that the City of Kingsport has received a conceptual project plan review and that no additional details are available. In-N-Out Burger is a legendary West Coast fast-food chain famous for its minimalist menu of fresh, never-frozen beef burgers, signature Thousand Island-style spread, and its cult-favorite “Animal Style” secret menu customizations.
