Police Investigate Bomb Threat at Bristol, VA Courthouse
Police are investigating a bomb threat received at the Bristol, Va. Courthouse. The building was evacuated as a precaution. A suspect is in custody and being questioned. A Virginia State Police dog was called into to sniff and cleared the area. A command post has been set up outside and several agencies have responded including the Virginia State Police, Bristol, VA Sheriff’s Office, and Bristol VA Fire Department. Traffic around the area is blocked at this time.
