Commonwealth Joins Twenty Other States Suing Trump Administration

The Commonwealth of Virginia is one of twenty states challenging the Trump Administration’s rule changes that could reduce access to family planning. The lawsuits focus on proposed changes for about 260 million dollars in family planning funds. Attorneys General for twenty states filed the suit in support of other lawsuits filed in Washington D.C. Two weeks ago.
