Man Gets Sentenced For Taking Inappropriate Photos Of Women

A southwest Virginia man will spend up to three years in prison for taking multiple, inappropriate photos of women at several Kingsport stores. That sentence will go along with a punch to the mouth that 38 year old David Eric Lambert received from one of his victims. Lambert was found guilty of unlawful photographing in violation of privacy and was sentenced to six months in jail…However, that sentence will be added to the current eleven month and 29 days sentence he is already serving for previous convictions and an attempted aggravated sexual battery charge.
