Abingdon Man Arrested For Child Sodomy, Sexual Battery

An Abingdon, Virginia man is jailed this morning after being arrested for allegedly sexually abusing an eleven year old boy. 52 year old David Wayne Anderson of Abingdon is being held after sheriff’s officials say the boy told detectives he had been forced to engage in sexual acts multiple times with Anderson. Anderson is being held without bond on two felony counts of forcible sodomy and two felony counts of aggravated sexual battery.
