Southwest Virginia Man Accused Of Shooting And Killing Neighbor’s Dog Bound Over

A southwest Virginia man accused of killing a neighbors family pet dog has his case bound over to a grand jury. 62 year old Jimmy Campbell of Lebanon, Virginia was arrested earlier this summer and charged with one count of torture of an animal causing death and maiming or killing an animal and destruction of property. Campbell is accused of shooting the German Shepherd several times resulting in the animal’s death.
