Eastman to Conduct Tests of Internal Alert System
The Eastman plant in Kingsport will be conducting safety tests this week.
As part of the ongoing commitment to keep employees and operations safe, the site will conduct a series of tests of the internal alerting systems on Tuesday and Wednesday October 9-10. This includes testing the hazardous vapor release alerting system and the blue light alert system.
The tests will begin at 8 A.M. And will come to an end at 3 P.M on both days.
