Severe Weather Alerts In Effect For Many Parts Of Region Until Seven This Evening

Severe thunderstorm warnings are out for parts of Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia, following Tornado warnings that have now expired in Hancock, Scott,and Lee Counties in Virginia. A strong, active weather front moved through the region around noon on Thursday. The severe weather alerts are in effect until seven pm this evening.
