Woman reported missing in West Virginia indicted for grand larceny in Smyth County

A missing Raleigh County, West Virginia woman has been indicted by a grand jury in Smyth County, Virginia.

According to court records, Mary Cathleen Haley-Scott is facing one count of grand larceny. Scott was reported missing by her family on Monday while her husband was arrested for domestic violence in Wythe County, Virginia.

Scott, 32, is 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing 125 pounds with blonde hair and hazel eyes. She was last seen driving a 2020 Kia Rio with temporary license plates.
