TVA Work At Boone Dam Continues Progressing

Work is progressing at Boone Dam as the Tennessee Valley Authority continues to shore up the huge project to correct underground seepage at the reservoir. Cut off walls are now being installed to help establish a concrete barrier. Another project associated with the dam is the removal of overgrown vegetation after the dam’s water levels were lowered. The multi million dollar project is expected to be complete in the summer of 2022.
