Ballad Patient Count Tops One Hundred For First Time Since February
For the first time since February, the number of patients in Ballad Health care facilities has climbed to more than one hundred. Ballad reports Monday the health care provider is housing 109 patients who are suffering from COVID-19. Ballad’s positivity rate is at fourteen point two percent down slightly from last Friday’s high of 14 point five percent. The number of patients in the Intensive Care Unit is also on the rise at 37,while 15 patients are using a ventilator that too is up slightly from last Friday’s number at14. More than 32 thousand individuals have received the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccine that’s being administered by Ballad hospitals’ vaccination officials.
