Kingsport City School’s Music Department Receives National Award…Again

The Kingsport City School’s Music Department is being recognized nationally for outstanding achievement in providing music access and education to all students. The system has been honored as one of the best communities for music education. Hundreds of students take part in marching band, orchestra and choir in the high school, middle school and elementary programs. Its the second year in a row the school system has been recognized.
