For First Time Tennessee lawmakers Pass Medical Marijuana Bill In Full Committee….Still A Long Way To Go

It still has a long ways to go and much remains unknown, but for the first time Tennessee lawmakers passed a medical marijuana bill in a full legislative committee. On Wednesday, by a nine to two vote, including support from Republican members like Rep. Micah Van Huss of Northeast Tennessee the committee was able to approve the measure that now heads to the Tennessee House Health Committee early next week.
