Decapitation murder of a man in West Virginia. 41 year old Roena Cheryl Mills of Rural Retreat in Wythe County was found covered in blood with a knife near the home of 29 year old Bo Allen White. White’s decapitated body was found in a bedroom of his home…WHite’s head was gruesomely found in a wooded area not far from his home. In 2010, Mills exhusband, Johnny Ray Hull, Jr obtained an emergency protective order against Mills after she threatened to blow his head off. Mills’ is being held in the southern Regional Jail in Beckley West Virginia.
