Jonesborough Man Bound Over On Child Sex Crimes…Wife Also Charged

A Washington County, Tennessee man has been bound over to a grand jury on child sex crimes. Brian Lee Plasschaert of Jonesborough was arrested and charged with numerous offenses including solicitation of a minor to observe sexual conduct…Plasschaert is accused of trying to arrange a sex date with teenagers. His wife April Plasschaert, is also charged in the case with giving false statements to police about the her husbands sex plans to involve teens.
