Brookehaven Manor Re-Opens

After a brief suspension of admissions, Tennessee health officials announced Wednesday that those particular sanctions on Brookehaven Manor in Kingsport have been officially removed.

The facility was also fined in the form of a civil penalty totalling $12,000.

This is now the sceond time within 2 years that Brookehaven Manor has faced similar penalities from government officials.
