Woman Facing Negligent Homicide Of Adult, Impaired, Daughter

She had not bathed, fed, or taken care of her adult, impaired daughter for years…and now a Sullivan County woman is charged with negligent homicide. 67 year old Judy Taylor is accused of criminally negligent homicide, physical abuse and gross neglect of her impaired adult daughter. This comes after a lenghthy investigation began in December of last year at the home on Harrington Road where the body of Taylor’s adult daughter was found dead. Taylor is being held on a 25 thousand dollar bond.
