Mountain City Aldermen To Decide Issue Of Implementing Liquor By The Drink

Mountain City Alderman, will decide if, when and where package stores and consumption on premise will be located if they should choose to implement the recently passed referendum. The county is certifying the election results from Tuesday when voters approved the measure. City alderman will then create a compliance board. It will then be up to alderman to decide where package stores can locate and what restaurants will be licensed to serve liquor by the drink.
