Northam Reports Strong Revenue Collections For January

Virginia Governor Ralph Northam announced Wednesday that January General Fund revenues rose more than eight percent from the previous January. Northam says the strong economy is generating growing revenues to fund services that Virginian’s expect. On a fiscal year to date basis, total revenue collections rose eight point four percent through January, ahead of the forecasted one point nine percent growth.
