Work Begins On Johnson City Railroad Crossings

Maintenance work on all Norfolk Southern railroad crossing within Johnson City city limits is now underway and will continue until complete. Most of the work will require road closures and traffic detours. The crossings at Main and Market Streets as well as University Parkway will not be closed but will have flaggers directing traffic. Drivers are asked to use extreme caution in these areas and find alternate routes when possible.
