Trial For Baby Doe Lawsuit To Get Underway Monday In Sullivan County

In just a few hours, the Sullivan County Executive Committee will meet to discuss the ongoing issues of a multi billion dollar opioid addiction lawsuit. After a four year legal battle, a trial date is now set to begin Monday in Sullivan County to determine damages in Staubus vs. Purdue, best known as the Sullivan Baby Doe case.
