Man accused of vehicular homicide in Downtown JC pleads not guilty

A man accused of driving under the influence and killing a pedestrian in downtown Johnson City pleaded not guilty. Steven Kotsonis was appointed a public defender during his court appearance on Friday. Kotsonis is accused in the May crash that killed 24-year-old TJ Cornett and injured three other people. Kotsonis faces multiple charges, including vehicular homicide by intoxication, vehicular assault, DUI, and reckless driving. His next court date was set for November 2.
