A licensed North Carolina doctor and urgent care clinic owner is criminally charged in what State Police called a road rage incident on a Southwest Virginia highway.
The agency said Richard Arivello, 61, of Charlotte, faces malicious shooting and four other charges after the Interstate 77 altercation in Carroll County.
Two sisters ages 12 and 20 were both shot in the leg and were taken to the hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
