82-year-old East Tennessee man indicted on sex-related charges involving caregiver
An 82-year-old Grainger County man has been indicted by a grand jury after a sexual assault investigation that involved the TBI.
A state report said Glenn Noe is accused of inappropriately touched a caregiver at his residence on four separate occasions between September of 2025 and February of 2026.
Noe was taken into custody on Monday and officially charged with three counts of sexual battery and one count of assault. He was issued a $10,000 bond.
