Advance Financial 24/7, a pay lender, says it has closed all but one location in the Tri-Cities. A company spokesperson says the company is restructuring to “better align with current customer demands.” The company did not specify how many employees were laid off. The official statement said in part that The companies long-time retail customers began doing business online during COVID and never went back.
