Skyknight llc files lawsuit against Greeneville Municipal Airport Authority

A local aircraft management company owned by Scott Niswonger has filed a lawsuit against the Greeneville Municipal Airport Authority in regard to its lease agreement with the airport authority. The lawsuit was filed late last week by Skyknight, LLC, in Greene County circuit court and accuses the airport authority of falsely claiming that the company had failed to pay the appropriate rent amount and fuel flowage fees and was in breach of its lease agreement. Niswonger said in a release that Skyknight had provided the airport authority with a payment history, cancelled checks, and other paperwork that proved the allegations were in error.
