Two Separate Traffic Stops Lead To Three Arrests In Washington County, Virginia

Two traffic stops within hours of each other results in the arrests of three individuals in Washington County Virginia. 40 year old Travis Ross Davis and 22 year old Jason Dylan Federow both of Bristol Tennessee were arrested late Tuesday when a deputy stopped their vehicle and discovered three glass smoking pipes with methamphetamine residue on them along with a rifle. Then, early Wednesday, police also stopped and arrested 24 year old Nicole Necessary for meth possession and a firearms charge as well. All three are being held in Abingdon.
