School Bus Driver Involved In Crash, Could Face Charges
A contracted, Sullivan County school bus driver could be facing charges for allegedly pulling in front of a pickup truck on highway 19E that seriously injured the driver of that truck. 47 year old Elizabeth Dubbs of Kingsport was driving the bus when she pulled into the path of a pickup truck driven by 80 year old Roger Hamm, of Elizabethton. Hamm’s pickup t-boned the school bus and Hamm was seriously injured. Neither Dubbs or the three Sullivan East High Schools students were injured in the crash.
