Two Crashes Early Monday Result In Injuries And Stalled Morning Commute

One person was injured in a crash early Monday morning at South Roan Street and Quarry Road. The crash involving a tractor trailer and another vehicle sent the driver of the car to the hospital with injuries. The accident closed parts of that roadway for several hours. On Interstate 26 early Monday another accident involving a tractor trailer and car resulted in traffic backed up from Eastern Star Road to the Gray exit. That accident resulted in undetermined injuries and closed the right lane and shoulder for a good portion of the Monday morning commute.
