Former Norton Elementary teacher sent to prison on drug charges

A Whitesburg, Kentucky woman is going to prison for 12 years for her role as a major distributor of fentanyl and meth in Southwest Virginia.
Andora Lee Smith, 62, conspired with 5 others to traffic the narcotics in the region, storing the drugs in her home after trips to pick up those supplies in Louisville. Smith was a teacher for 15 years at Norton Elementary and JI Burton High School prior to her life of crime.
